Thermo Orbitrap QExactive with LC1000

We one Orbitrap QExactive with a Thermo LC1000 NanoLC for nano-LC-MS applications. This older instrument is still incredibly useful for any targeted projects (PRM), IP/co-IP, or intact mass experiments.

Thermo Orbitrap Exploris 480 with nanoLC Vanquish

We also have one Orbitrap Exploris 480 with a Thermo Vanquish Neo NanoLC for nano-LC-MS applications. Just like the Ascend, the Exploris can be used to perform a variety of workflows involving DDA, DIA, or PRM. This is the instrument of choice for standard quantitative proteome analysis (DIA) where sample amount is not a limiting factor, or any IP/co-IP or BioID.

Thermo Orbitrap Ascend with nanoLC Vanquish

We have one Orbitrap Fusion Ascend with a Thermo Vanquish Neo NanoLC for nano-LC-MS applications. The Ascend affords a variety of workflows for increasing sample coverage and maximizing recovery of post-translationally modified or low-abundant peptides, including electron transfer dissociation (ETD) and MS3 fragmentation. It is also compatible with quantitative approaches including DIA and PRM as well as tandem mass tag (TMT) multiplexing.
